| reply to kba4 That was a good "heads-up", k4dwi. I think there is a niche for such a service, though, if it is run "legitimately". I can see a company starting up in a country that's immune to U.S. copyright law, then charging for P2p services that include filtering for viruses. No doubt, the RIAA is behind the virus infestations at Kazaa, which will prompt someone to start a service such as this. Too bad. If they, (the RIAA), would just provide a service with reasonable prices, etc., they could be benefitting from all of this, rather than tightening the noose around their own neck... -- The glass is neither half-empty, nor is it half-full; it is merely twice the size required to contain the liquid elements therein. |
