Ok here is my story. I have been watching DSL reports for a while now and have to add what my experience with this company. I ordered ADSL 416/208 in April 2000 through PSN, line installed by North Point. On May 5th got word from US West (Quest) that they had trouble with my phone junction box because it is old as dirt, My Apt's were built in 1945and the phone box is Ceramic (?), but PSN, and North Point came through. My sales agent Mike ? helped me out by getting me North Points numbers and FINALLY they came out with US West and got my line installed on May 16th!!! I tested my line here and results: ** Speed 596(down)/657(up) kbps ** WOW EVEN BETTER THEN I THOUGHT. Have not experienced any down time, a few glitches getting through to Tech, but I was able to get back in touch with Mike, who I guess is now the Quality Manager at PSN, he just took the job 2 weeks ago or so, and he was able to get Tech to set up my mail server, seems I did not set up Outlook properly. All in All I love PSN and have recommended them to my family and friends, who so far, have had good experiences. Billing has been so far good, they do bill early, but I guess that comes with the territory. I must say give it a chance things do work out if you contact the right people.
