Gahhh...I don't know about any saturation, but those are HORRIBLE! I wonder what it looks like from the other end going down TO the modem. If it shows slowdown at what appears to be the modem, then I'd be for scheduling a service call for sure, so that way they can FIX it. -- Yes, I am at the mothership of AT&T, but am merely a mortal, not a magician.
