| NYC now Sprint elects to continue BizDSL
I used to have SprintBiz dsl and was told my service would be terminated by them on Sept16th. I now received a Good News! letter telling me that Sprint has elected to keep this service running and all I had to do was nothing to keep my service on the same two year contract. I DO NOT WANT THE SERVICE. There was no telephone number on the letter. It took me half an hour to be told that my account had been suspended anyway, even though I owe nothing and therefore I was no longer a customer.
But I will never use Sprint again. This mess they caused. Their terrible customer service led us to believe we were well rid of them.
Also I wonder what would have happened if we had signed a new contract for the 1.5 Sprint/Covad service?
Terrible mess. Glad to be rid of them. amazing to send a letter that forced us to contact them again. Would it not have been correct for them to have contacted us by phone or to have re-instated service IF we contacted them?
This is really bad. |

No, this is par for the course for Sprint. Completely incompetent execution on administrative manners. |

| From what I hear from an inside source, they now decided that they are not going to keep New York or any other city, except for one very small area. So for people in NY and some other areas it goes like this. Get installed>get a letter that you need to disconnect>get another letter after the first letters disconnect date stating they can now keep service>and about to get another letter saying they are going disconnect the service after all. Got to love Sprint!! |

Why?
Because they just simply don't follow what they say. |
