Actually, Many Many powerlink locations enjoy excellent speeds and performance, for some others, however, performance improvements aren't happening fast enough. I know this for sure, lots of work is underway.
Poor performance in one region, does NOT reflect on the overall picture. Should hardware problems cause difficulties in one region, as seems to be the case with toadley, (he indicates that performance took a dump about a week ago), I would say that this has most likely been noted, and hopefully remedy is not too far away. (Repairs do take some time occasionally).
As far as Sharon PA...Performance there does not impact performance in Rutland VT. Or any other region served by Adelphia
