 Can't access .NET Passport pages with Dlink Router

Just got setup with AT&T Broadband (hate it; but not the issue here). When I have just my computer connected to the Modem, I can access any page just fine. I then place my Dlink DI-704P router in between and now I cannot access Microsoft pages (the .NET Passport ones).

I am unable to log into Hotmail, get to Expedia or other Passport related things. What type of settings should I try to enable/disable on the router to try to get this problem fixed?
