Thanks there!!! I take it from reading those items, that all should be well, and I don't have any issues to deal with? Was begging to think I had some corruption in my W98 going on. I'd done a clean re-install a few weeks ago, and would dread the thoughts of doing it again. |

Martinsburg, WV | One of my points in the initial post was that this stuff going on is temporarily freezing my machine when it is going on.... any ideas on that issue please! It's driving me nuts, and it can be a very short trip for some of us... |

| check for what is using your connection during that time.
could be a trojan, if you run a check and you come out clean the something else might be using the connection and using your computer resources causing it to slow down or freeze temp...
