It was not related to the issue Lippy posted about I noticed the speed well after it was fixed and I'm not routed through where they are if you look. So um yeah

the stix		 VeZoZ...you have an area specific problem. I will again escalate the issue tomorrow but there is nothing I can do about it and it has nothing to do with problems in Belleville, Coburg, Windsor, etc.
