| reply to djdnz Re: 1 AM Peak Hour?
I'm in Belleville Lippy and there is deffinetly a problem here with my speed. In the mornings to afternoon I get around 419KB/Sec (I'm on the Pro package for now)
At night around 6:00pm to 11:45pm my speed goes down to 36KB/Sec I even got as low as 17.9KB/Sec. I'm sorry, but there's no way anyone can say there's nothing wrong here.
I thought that before Cogeco actually does any trouble shooting the line speed has to be under 100KB/Sec. Well I'm deffinetly under that. |

| Well no matter what package your on VeZoZ that is absolutely disgusting. Your on High-Speed cable paying $44.00 or so a month for that.
There is a problem out there and it needs to be addressed! We are not making this up folks. I realize that speeds and quality are not consistant. Some have claimed otherwise, but the line speeds that both myself and VeZoZ have posted are a clear indication that somethings wrong somewhere.
There is a point where the level of quality has to be questioned. I'm sorry I don't mean to be rude or harsh, but this is just how I am seeing the situation.
I was told by a Tech on the phone that unless you are getting below 100KB/sec they will not investigate the problem. I presume this is correct info. |
