 Downgrade from 1.5/384 to 1.5/128??

Net Expert Plus 1.5/384R (Lineshare) (activated 07/24/2000)

1.5/384 RADSL LineShare

Above are my account details. Although it's listed as LineShare, it is actually installed on it's own line. My hardware is a SpeedStream 5260.

I'd like to downgrade to a 1.5/128 line and save the $30/month. Can I do that with my current hardware and without getting a new line provisioned?

Thanks.

no...since it is installed on its own line.

I'm not so sure. You might want to contact SE's tech support or email Kat directly. On the other hand, the difference is only $20, AFAIK. That is of course, if you keep a Plus (static IPs, dialup, etc.) account.

Covad 1.5/384 RADSL

You have service installed on a second-line (NOT linesharing)

Your order was placed between April 1, 2000 and December 31, 2000
Your modem should be a Speedstream/Efficient 5260 or the Speedstream/Efficient 4060

You have two downgrade options. You can downgrade to secondline 1.5/128 RADSL service or 608/128 RADSL secondline service, but will not ever be able to upgrade (without reorder/new hardware) to 1.5/384.
