Top of the line provider ?????

After six weeks of disconnects, unuseable connection during prime time, high pings, having to play with MTU to be able to browse the web, phone calls to their answering machine, no reply, emails to sales, support, and accounting, still no reply, a visit to Denis at their Montreal office where I was promised corrections on my account ( no correction was ever done), I guess I'm now fed up with AEI. Top of the line provider my a*s...They take the money on my Visa card as if nothing ever happened, for that they are fast!!!!! I sent them today a final email where I ask them to do the corrections on my account ( one overcharge for September was supposed to be credited, according to Denis) or else, I will call Visa. And then call my bro-in-law and two of my friends, who signed up in October. I never ever saw such a bad customer service, anywhere, ever. And I've seen a lot, I'm 48, and work in sales since 26 years.

To add insult to injury, I had quite a few disconnects again, yeaterday and today, and lost any capability of web browsing this morning for a few hours. They fixed everything?????? Yeah right!!!! They lie, they lie, they lie...that's when they don't hide...! My patience has it's limit, now the pressure cooker is exploding. Enough is enough. They figured out that most people will stay instead of going thru the painful process of cancelling them and starting all over again with another ISP. The few who tried to cancel had no luck either, their emails were not answered, and they had to reach sales to be able to cancel, because accounting was plainly hanging up on them. SHAME ON AEI!

I feel better already. Thanks.
