Need a new Power Supply

I've narrowed it down to these 2 choices.

-ENERMAX EG465P-VE(FC). 431W Power supply

OR

-SPARKLE 400 WATTS ATX UL APPROVED POWER SUPPLY MODEL # FSP400-60GN(12V)

I'm going to order them from newegg.com

I was not to content with my current voltage levels, +5 is running at 4.73 which I think is low, and the +12 is running at 11.83 which I also think is low, a few others are dipping too and just today while I was building a map in the Unreal Tournament editor, my whole computer froze forcing me to restart.

I have some generic brand 320W that came with my case so its definately not a truepower.

Your ideas and thoughts as well as other recommendations are welcome, thanks.

Both voltages are within the customary range of +- 5 to 10% - I see nothing wrong with the PSU you have....

Really My PC never freezes or crashes, however the heat in my house was way up this morning. That could have been the culprit. My case temp went up to 35C
