I have disabled the firewall and I still lost 50% of my normal upload speed. The only reason I am looking at the firewall is that the only change I made recently was the installation of McAfee Firewall 4. I thought that once I disable the firewall the issue would be resolved. So, if it is the firewall causing the problem then the issue is in an area that I'm not familiar with.

Eventually I will uninstall the firewall to determine for sure if it is the culprit. For now I am going to hold off in the hope that someone visiting this forum can help.
