YES.
I was just given the offer this week. I'm in the pittsburgh market. I currently have HSD and DTS (Internet and Phone) but no TV.
Because I currently have 2 other services I can get, for example, Digital Platinum Cable for the price of the Silver package. Or get the Gold Package for the price of Digital Standard. 2 services = 2 price downgrades.
If you only have internet service then you get platinum for price of gold. Gold for price of silver. Or 1 package price downgrade.
I'm considering it because this would make it cheaper than my dish package.... but I get more channels with the dish. But no locals. | |

| In Atlanta, I have the Platinum Digital Cable package and Internet. I used to pay about $120 minus tax ($80 for TV $40 for internet), but now I pay $110 minus tax. I found out about this discounted offer when I called AT&T to install an extra outlet in my house. If I would have never called about the outlet, I would have never known about this bundled savings plan.

| I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for that multiple service discount ATT claims they offer. I have all 3 services here, tv, internet and phone. Was told by ATT salesman that I would receive $5 off each service per month now that I have all 3. HAH! I've called numerous times, chat online with them, since January, 2002, only for them to tell me they changed my account to reflect the discount. They are such a crock. I'm still waiting for them to change my billing for owning my own cable modem, and they can't manage that either. Sorry to rant and rave. Point is, you'll be waiting till your next lifetime for any discounts from ATT. Their new motto should read, "How can we shaft you today?" | |

| Re: Discount on Cable TV? i am in the same boat in dallas. phone, cable, and internet all through at&t. not only do i not get a discount, but my prices have continuously increased over the last year and a half. because cable tv packages increased so much, i had to downgrade to a lower package because it got way too expensive. and still i've watch marginal increases every 3-6 months on my cable bills (i use microsoft money so i have a complete history of payments made). i signed up for internet, even went so far as to buy my own modem, only to have them increase rates on me the month afterwards by $7 a month.
i've asked for discounts only to be denied because the phone, cable, and internet departments don't even know what the other is doing. i get solicited on my phone all the time to get at&t cable and internet. i get spammed online to get at&t phone. i get direct mail asking me to join up with at&t this or that service. when they call i constantly tell them that i already have their service and to please stop calling, they still call.
i've asked how long it will take to get billing merged so that i can receive a discount on line items, and all they say is wait. bills are wrong half the time, and i spend at least an hour every month getting them to fix incorrect billing. i've been waiting for over a year and a half, and have seen nothing but increased bills. i don't know about other cities, but in dallas, if you are a loyal at&t customer, they really don't care. | |

| AT&T is in the process of merging the billing system so that all of your services will appear on one bill. Once this is done you will be able to recieve discounts for bundled services much easier. As to whether or not this will be automatic it is hard to say. The best advice i can give is that once you see everything on one bill call and ask what kind of discount you can recieve. | |

| I ordered both internet and cable in June. I received a promotion that gives me an upgrade of my cable tv service. So i get the digital cable silver package (55.99) for 45 bucks. i dont know if they still run that at all, but i made sure i asked for the promotion because there is always some type of promotion. | |
