I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for that multiple service discount ATT claims they offer. I have all 3 services here, tv, internet and phone. Was told by ATT salesman that I would receive $5 off each service per month now that I have all 3. HAH! I've called numerous times, chat online with them, since January, 2002, only for them to tell me they changed my account to reflect the discount. They are such a crock. I'm still waiting for them to change my billing for owning my own cable modem, and they can't manage that either. Sorry to rant and rave. Point is, you'll be waiting till your next lifetime for any discounts from ATT. Their new motto should read, "How can we shaft you today?" |
