"Their tech support is atrocious as well. I've never met any of their technicians in person, and maybe that's a good thing, because some of the ones I have talked to over the phone(when I could get one, usually after up to an hour and a half of listening to automated voices) have been extremely rude. One time I had to hang up on one of the operators because he was being a jerk."
