note to ISP: Provide service you'r paid to provide

These corporations have to wake up...and start providing the high speed internet that us customers pay for, we don't pay for metering and filtering too. To many companies think that technological services must obey the microsoft model of massive proffits and crappy product followed by price increases forever and propoganda about the great service you get by using their products. The whole idea of high speed internet service is high speed/unlimited etc. Thechnology grows by moors law, most fiber out there is not used, and future tech developments mean 1000X more data thru servers that will fit in your hand. The times of artificial rate restrictions and pricing of data has to go the way of the dodo bird and the old telephone company pricing models of 30 years ago. What we need is to kick a few telco's and cable provides in the ass a bit more...it's too bad that nanotech is not yet fully developed (wait 30+ years)where everyone could grow their own technology such as local comunication fibers that spread across the land (of course, only telco's and cable companies would be allowed to do this)..
