The "bait & switch" business tactic is really getting old. Yes, clarifications in companies TOS's would be nice for people who find out, quite rudely, that they are evidently enjoying their paid for services too much.

There may not be any federal law against (or maybe there is) misleading your customers, but it's just not a good idea. There's way too much competition in almost all fields of business to do that. For a company to advertise "unlimited" use of a service doesn't seem to mean much these days. I guess thats why companies add "at the company's own decision" to their TOS.
