P2P program causes false attacks?

I'm using WinXP Pro and Norton Internet Security 2003. I'm recieving Invalid destination IP address and Invalid TCP Flags as intrusion attempts. The problem is that it's coming from my routers IP address. I added my routers IP address as a trusted IP but I'm still recieving these false intrusions. Would I be able to disable these specific secrity alerts permanantly? It only occurs on such p2p programs like emaul and edonkey.
