No Google Cache - is the fix in?

Trying the Google cache record link returns this:

Your search - cache:5WwVc7a2sHAC:www.musicunited.org/5_takeoff.html "Select the Options item from the Tools menu" - did not match any documents.

The Wayback Machine (web.archive.org) also does not have anything for www.musicunited.org/5.takeoff.html

Scientology has already gotten to The Wayback Machine via the DMCA. Did the RIAA similarly "fix" this problem?

Has anybody thought about the problem on the Web that a site can say something on a page, then change the page and say "We never said that..."? Unless someone else made a copy of the original page, there's no record. This is like the "memory hole" in George Orwell's 1984.

Just my $0.02...
