 Anon | The worst customer service I've dealt with
PSN by far has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed an order on 7/7. The salesperson was pushy and it seemed like she answered "Yes, we can do that" before I even finished my question. A week later I got a call from them saying that they lost my credit card number and wanted me to give it again. I didn't. Then I read reviews here and called them to cancel, but I only reached answering machine. A month later a DSL modem from them arrives and I get an e-mail saying that outside wiring has been done. I don't even bother replying, I figure they don't have my card number anyway. Just today I got a call from them asking to return the DSL modem. I asked them to prepay the shipment, they said they couldn't and they would charge me, and read my card number to me. All in all, it seems like an unexperienced bunch of idiots. |
