| Did Adelphia Improved?
I was an Adelphia Powerlink customer. I had bad time with their service so I cancelled their service and switch to Altrio.net, a new cable company also offer high speed internet service, its a excellent service but unfortunately they have latency problem. I'm thinking to switch back to Adelphia.
Did Adelphia Powerlink service improved?
Has their service downtime significantly decreased?
It really helps if people give me some advise especially users from Los Angeles, CA. Thanks! |

| I can't really comment on your situation since I'm on the other end of the country, but I've had Powerlink for about eight months total in two seperate locations and I can say I've experienced just about zero downtime. Unfortunately, that doesn't excuse the latency and bandwidth issues... |

| It seems high latency and low bandwidth plagues most of us in the east and southeast. Those on the west coast have consistently shown higher speeds and lower latency than most...just from observing posts in here in the Adelphia forum.
Do a tracert from your location to dslreports and post it here and im sure someone will chime in with the experince closer to your neck of the woods.
