| I've wondered the same thing about my routing too, one minute, it'll be routed through Atlanta, the next, through Fort Worth. If they are trying to load balance, they're doing a poor job of it, because when you or I get routed differently, it always seems to make things worse.

I have no clue what is wrong with my connection. All I know is that it's been like this since october. Traces look great but downstream speeds are still sub 100k while upload speed soars above 200k.
