I thought this would give all of us a way to show some of our photography work. Also, this would be a great way to share some wallpaper photos.
This photo was taken in central Texas in early May of this year.

Let's see if it works this time. The first pic is of the subway and the city in the background. The other three are my best shots from outside my window. -- 203 on 1 track...119 on middle track...152 on two track. Express return on 203. [text was edited by author 2002-12-14 22:50:36]

I don't remember if I ever actually posted this one...if I remember, it's an early scan @600 DPI of a 5x7 print from a 35mm neg. It would have been an Artec scanner. Reduced down from a 40 meg tiff file. -- member of the gang of 69 ***ATMFAQ**DIFAQ*** |

And an oldie that's still a favorite...made about two years ago with an HP 1.3 megapixel cam. It's one of the first shots I made with it. -- 4 cams, 5 cats, 7 days a week.=^..^= |

I took this with my old Samsung Maxima 105 Film Camera, in the days before I went digital. This is probably one of the best opportunity photos I have ever taken - the American side of Niagara Falls, the Maid of the Mist, and a rainbow!
Fortunately for all my American friends, the only way you can get a decent pic of the American falls is to take it from the Canadian side of the river
Sorry about the picture quality, but there is only so much you can do when scanning a 4x6 which is why I went digital! |

It symbolizes all the skaters out their that throw down hammers just for the sake of good footage... No need to apologize for picture quality. After a little photoshop work I think it looks great. And I agree...the rainbow makes the photo. -- Be happy with what you have accomplished but NEVER satisfied. |

This is one I use for wallpaper sometimes... took it with a regular cam and digitized it. Not the sharpest thing in the world due to a little haze that day but I love the shot. |

This is the first of two really incredible shots that I took with my Powershot G2. I have had the camera for only 5 days now, but have gotten a few really good shots. I hope to take some other really incredible eye-candy shots while I have this really great camera. -- TechTV personnel come in handy! |
