AuthorityObama Biden '12 join:2000-03-29 Woodland Hills, CA | 2-line cordless phone - great with VoIP! If you have VoIP and are outside the USA you'll want to consider getting a 2-line cordless phone. It works great to have a local line and US line all on one phone... and the ability to conference those lines is awesome two.
I picked up a Radio Shack unit for $69 (lowest I've seen). It's 900mhz analog but where here on the beach the spectrum ain't too crowded.

Great call. I actually have a Panasonic 900MHz 2-line I got from Best Buy for the same $69 »www.bestbuy.com/detail.asp?e=110···scat=891 and have been very happy with it. The 2.4Ghz multi-line phones are still a little too pricey for me.
With Vonage on one line, the local line on the other and a conference capable cordless it can make for some serious savings! Of course, we know that none of us would do that anywhere it is illegal, right? -- AnonJuan Get your instant $40 credit before you sign up with Vonage |

So even if we have a 2 line phone, it may not be legal to connect the two lines, depending on which country the ATA and 2 line phone is in!

Most can hop frequency and the new cordless phones are 5.8 Ghz anyway.
