OK, not their software but do a traceroute from an AOL DSL machine and compare it to any other provider, the hop times are ridiculous, so its their routers sorry

  Mine are in the 30s. Hardly ever goes higher..its excellent even when playing multi player online games. On aol dsl..never had a problem with pings here.

San Francisco, CA		 yea so note that aol's servers are back east. so if you are far east, likewise you should have good pings.
