I'm getting install orders in now to replace the 1-ways. Customers are saying that Direc contacted them and said they have to upgrade to either 2-way or shut down because they won't be supporting the system anymore. Guess my point is that you might want to confirm support prior to spending money on it.
Other issues: Make sure you don't have to dial long distance to transmit! Many do |

I would like to see that memo. I never got one and I was told something totally different via HNS. This will scare allot of customers reading this. Please post your memo that the dealers get stating this to back up what you are saying. Like I sad we never received one. If I was a new customer, this would turn me away very fast.
