| Well since service in KC just shutdown on 11/26, getting the refund today (12/23) was pretty timely.
$148, since I had not paid the last 2 months, and let it roll to the refund.
In fact with all billing issues and refunds, I had ION then BIZ DSL, so uncapped DSL service for a total of 20 months (April 2001, through november 2002)
total payments = $126 x 6 months
so that comes out to $37.8/month for 3000/768kbps speeds
wow..can't beat that!
but one of the reasons it didn't last either
