Re: Sprint billing practice use fuzzy math

Nope, no problems here. Did u check the account #s on the bill vs when you called in? Kinda rare to be sent to collections that quickly.

I signed up for sprint biz dsl the day before the service installs were cut off, so i had service july 9th - september 7th. I called up sept 7th and canceled my service, well within 90 days period. I was suppose to have free modem, free install and free activation and pay $159.99 a month. Well I got this huge bill in the mall late last aug they charged me for the modem and the install, but i was told by rep dont worry about it because when u call in and cancel you will not have to pay because all the non MRC charges will be taken off regardless and you'll recieve a $400 credit. SO i had little less than 2 months of service 159.99 x 2 = 320 +tax (which nowhere close to $400)I called up last oct after geting a notice that i still owed them money, the rep had me fax him my email of my contract, and said he would take care of it. Then last week i get a letter from the collection agency saying i sill owe 465.00 dollars. When i called sprint, they cant even look at my bill, they have to have a special person call me back!!! Anyone else having any problems!
