If they made their mistake ok, but about the Billing Department thing, it sounds like your exaggerating. I went to Change the price plan. Exit is clearly shown at the top with the explanation. Also I received two confirmation e-mails about the price change and I was able to go back to billing and cancel the new price plan before it took effect.

MINE IS A BILLING PROBLEM

I think I was TRICKED out of nearly $500.00 in one billing period by AOL. Not much until you multiply that figure by one or two million customers. When figures approach or exceed a billion dollars, anything is possible. After years of paying for unlimited use, they said I switched to the hourly plan. Why I would leave my computer online after that, unattended for many hours, didn't alter their thinking that they hadn't made a mistake somewhere.I am fighting it, but who knows how many others won't?

DON'T FALL FOR THIS TRICK:If you have unlimited usage beware of peeking into their billing department to compare the prices of other plans. The hourly plan is highlighted by default and when you try to leave the area there is no X in the upper RH corner and the "Exit" button isn't at the bottom. The obvious button to click in the low LH corner says you want to accept the highlighted plan. There's no fanfare or warnings that you just changed plans. Now isn't that strange?

If you've encountered any problems like this or know of a group who has, please contact me at @aol.com. Somebody should be keeping count. (Yes, I'm trying to swith to Verison DSL but they haven't figured out why I can't).
