panda firewall...How to block I.P's?

If anyone has the panda antivirus platnium w/firewall could you please tell me how to block certain I.P's? I cant seem to figure this out Thanks

WHy not just download peergurdian? Its a simple firewall component that is dedicated to block the RiAA, MPAA and so on.
