Well, what you "understand" is what your Bell bosses are telling you.
What I am asking for here is for one of these Bell employees who DO continually chime in on this issue and DO claim to know what they are talking about to post their reference from whatever law they say exists, to substantiate what they claim. How hard should that be, if such a law exists?
Like I said, I have not yet found it.
