ALSO CELL phone # are lost w/ DSL services

Currently when a customer has Qwest (telco) for local phone, DSL and Wireless (cell phone) and they decide to switch to a Broadband local phone carrier (like ATTBB).. they loose:
DSL service and CELL PHONE #

And customers are pissed because it is anti competitive..
QWEST and other TELCO's DON'T care about their customers.. or at least they don't treat the customers like they do..
