Safe/Easy Program To Delete Registry Entries?

Is there a safe/easy/reliable program to delete entries in register left from a program that you deleted out there? Thanks.

Naturally you have to know what to delete AFTER any program shows you invalid entries. Another good program that I use in conjunction with the others mentioned here, and for win2k or XP is:

Whatever regcleaner you use, use this along with it.
You'll be surpised how much the best regcleaner leaves behind.
This is ONLY TO BE USED WITH ANOTHER regcleaner NOT ALONE.

IMHO, EasyCleaner finds many valid entries as invalid, most likely because of some flaws in it. I have a few times got e-mail from user who asks why jv16 PowerTools doesn't find these keys like EasyCleaner. And every time the reason has been that those keys were actually valid and shouldn't been removed.

I also noticed the same problem with EasyCleaner, as well as some other cleaners, in my little registry cleaner test.

But of course, if you wish to use it go ahead.

I have been using Easycleaner for close to 4 yearsnow and it haven't removed anything important or done any type of damage.
It basically removes registry keys of downloads and pictures you copied (which a lot of people don't want on their computer).
just like any other Regcleaner can select the registry keys you want deleted and keep whatever else you want.
I always look at what it gathers up and none of the registry keys it picks up have anything to do with system or programs.

Why not just use regedit?
