is there a thing where we can still shift tool points to another person then i am a tech @ sbc and have identity to prove it just wanting to know about what you all are talking about and making sure this is what it is that you will let others get helped by you all then ?????

*Sign* Begging for toolpoints is not supposed to be allowed now, so that shouldn't be a factor. However, since there will always be those who would like to donate to those who cannot afford it, donating should still be an option. Donating can be done without being specific as to whom it is going and still be just as affective as to the result.

I was just going to *sign* but I see the feature has been added.
