This company offers a variety of Internet solutions including dial up, DSL and dedicated access. The Better Business Bureau has received numerous complaints regarding this company. The Bureau has received 25 complaints against this company during its three year reporting period. 6 complaints have been closed as resolved. 18 complaints have been closed with no response. 1 complaint has been closed as disputed.
In my case, I am still being billed for services discontinued almost a half a year ago. The service never worked correctly.
Access's tech support is located in Texax and it outsourced. Their tech support it outsourced. Their DCLEC IP Communications wen't out of business as of 2/1/03. They are reselling Southwestern Bell DSL.
Be smart, call Bell - it's the same service for ten bucks a month cheaper. |
