WHO DO I NEED TO BRIBE TO GET SOME SERVICE HERE?!?

The signs say Comcast, but I feel like the bastard kid. I've been dragged from TCI@Home, Excite@Home ... AT&T Broadband@homeless:( The caring & knowledgeable people at our Everett office seem to have been replaced with morons:(

The Comcast forum feels like I'm intruding on the territory of biological kids:( I think they're snobs and/or clueless:( No or little help. What good are they?!?

I've posted anon & member, but same "sucks to be you" feeling >>>--> »West Coast needs DCT5100 Software/Firmware Updates

I'll just stay here on this side, where this stepsubscriber feels comfortable.
