I got that call a month ago. I have DirecTV and will never go back to cable. So I had RCN cable internet installed and canceled ATTBI. I'm not paying $62 for less service then I had w/ @Home(yes the good old days). Screw you ATTBI/Comcast.

I second that. I also have directv and i'd rather stay on this crappy dial up than pay an extra 10 bucks a month for AT&T, what a rip off IMO. I would have gladly kept the broadband internet if they wouldn't pull that garbage.
