Default is AES-256 with WinXP SP1.

The BIG question is, how can one select AES-256 later, and how can one choose DES later on. All that we know now is, that if you dont change the FIPS setting AT ALL and install SP1, then you are using AES...and...when FIPS is set to "enable" you use 3DES. Thats all.
