What about....

Oi! I'm interested, but I want to play online games.
What about the latency?
(I was told it's not a problem, but when I ping them, I get "request timed out"!?!?! - From an ATT Cable connection)

Is the huge startup fee worth it?
Does the hardware change?
Monthly bandwidth limitations?
