This site has a great FAQ section that explains all kinds of stuff, including how to get a "picture by your name" -- we call it an 'avatar'.
Here is the FAQ entry that explains how and when you can get an Avatar. Hope that helps. |

You might want to try our Avatar Graphics Help forum if you need help getting an Avatar created. You can only get a stationary avatar unless you spend some tool points- then you can get an animated one. HERE is the FAQ on Tool Points.
