Please READ before contacting the support team

When contacting us... please read the appropriate section below and send the requested information in your message:

For Lineshared loops...

Need the following info:
1.) billing phone number
2.) account name
3.) type of modem
4.) NID splitter installed or filters in home
5.) When (month and year) did was your DSL installed?

Unbundled loops, and lines over 2 year old or older, in addition to above please send the following:

Reason being is Unbundled loops have fake Telephone numbers in the system. Once we have this number we can reference the account information.

1.) Billing name, and billing telephone number
2.) account name
3.) If you suspect you are on an unbundled loop send the information anyway.
Further note:
Without some or all of this information it can be rather difficult to find you in the system which delays me and the rest of the team getting back to you on time so do us just this favor.

Billing and charges from ASI

Also, charges on ASI dispatches are billed to the ISP. ASI does not bill end users. In another words John Doe does not get a bill from ASI, his ISP gets the bill and depending on his agreement with the ISP, dictates what he gets charged or not charged for. If there is any questions to this, please contact your ISP for more information.

Side notes

simple side notes to make things simpler and more efficient for us.

1) Try to be at least semi-courteous when contacting us. We know you are frustrated as you have a right to be and it's ok to vent. But please do not personally flame us or call us "stupid" or "incompetent" as this has nothing to do with your problem and we are not the ones who have worked on your line to this point. Remember, the more polite you are, the more likely people will be to go beyond their duties to help you out.

2) As ADSL Guy has stated before, please do not contact us asking "are you there?" or "can you help me?" as we are probably here and if not we will get your message when we get in and get back to you. Just state what we have asked for and a clear definition of your problem. Also a link to your thread in »AT&T Midwest if you started one so we can get all the details.

Thanks all for your time.
