IBS now states that anyone picking up new service through them will get credit for any time remaining on their contacts. The main problem is that even in the best of times IBS's customer service left something to be desired. I'd imagine they are swamped right now and do not have the resources to handle this. I've signed up with Telocity but also filled out the form with IBS to see what comes of it. Not holding my breath though.... |
