Thanks for the link to the ez-12. Somehow I missed that. I think I'll try it first.
A couple of questions though:
The designer of the antenna talks about the importance of the reflector being a square. The ez-12 template is a rectangle--unless I missed something else.
And, what kind of glue works to attach foil to card stock? Elmers or something like that?

I believe it is just a case of two different designs. There is no magic requirement for the square dimensions of the first design; it is just that the published calculations assume those values.

I believe Ikarus recommends airplane glue.
