I am using Netscape on a mac right now, and this doesn't seem to work.
I switched to IE, and the button was there, but the button did not work when clicked.

Tell Konq to "pretend" to be IE.
Many of these new features (like the toggle attachments) will be Internet Explorer biased. No doubt that it's the most popular browser here.
