 ACT 3.0 Database Merging with Act 6.0

I tried to export a database from Act 3.0 to a file. That process went fine. I then copied the database on to a cdr and tried to import it to a computer which was running Act 6.0 and everything copied over except the email addresses and the notes. I have over 5000 contacts and I need the email and notes. I'm really stumped with this. Can anyone help? Thanks.
