I have IBS/NP and am located in Orange County, CA. As of now I am still up. I ordered XO/Covad last week, and I already have an install date of 4/5!! I also ordered (at the same time) from speakeasy.net and haven't heard from them.
I think this shows that XO can get new lines installed very quickly with Covad. |

| Problem! Covad's software knows that you have ordered
with 2 different ISPs, their software will only process
one. There's nothing XO can do that speakeasy can't,
but you may run into delays, etc. until that second
"bogus" line is deleted from Covad's system. |
