being that I'm pretty wiped out right now (sleepy), this might not make sense but I'm gonna try...
suggest ROUGHLY defining positions before volunteers??
eg:
Pres
VP
Sec
Treasurer
Tech officer
Hoster 1
Hoster 2
Hoster 3
Hoster 4
okay.. hoster sounds pretty lame ..
just my suggestion.

| Good thought.... The project needs a kick start from time to time. I was not sure how we wanted to proceed and actually I still dont know the proper method to use to determine Board members.

I'll make it my mission today Mark to have a good example of what each position holds
by looking at how we once set this up.
It will take a little time for me to research how we had this set up.
