by looking at how we once set this up.

Good thought.... The project needs a kick start from time to time. I was not sure how we wanted to proceed and actually I still dont know the proper method to use to determine Board members.

being that I'm pretty wiped out right now (sleepy), this might not make sense but I'm gonna try...
suggest ROUGHLY defining positions before volunteers??
eg:
Pres
VP
Sec
Treasurer
Tech officer
Hoster 1
Hoster 2
Hoster 3
Hoster 4
okay.. hoster sounds pretty lame ..
just my suggestion.
