| Bandwidth Throttling?
Ok guys, this is pretty weird. I have a linux based gateway with 3 nics, its my own network design, has DNAT, masquerade , multiple IP's etc ... it works good.
yesterday i get up, reboot te gateway and ... one of my 2 IP's is in a TOTALLY different netblock, 216.221.32.0/19 ... what ever i do ... one of both is in there.
another fine coincidence ... my upload is put to a crawl ... ive done quite alot of speed tests here ... i usually get 650 ... in the couple tests, ive seen 19kbps!!! 19 kilobits!!! thats like 1.5K upload! pathetic!
anyway ... i just did another one and got a promising 390 ... should this be only temporary? should i hope? or should i just cross my fingers, and wait like a dummy on the phone?

i also wonder if anyone else has an IP in 216.221.32.0/19 ... and if so, what kind of service do they have.
